Services
CEA-PME provides its members with a variety of services in Brussels and across the EU, which go beyond purely representative activities and include advice and assistance on a wide range of issues.
EU-Funding and Public Procurement
CEA-PME provides you with information on current EU-funded programmes, for instance in the field of research and development, energy, environment or business support. We also provide background information on invitations to tender for public projects in EU member countries, e.g. for services and construction projects.
Legal advice
Our confederation also offers its support to businesses in the field of complaints against irregular practices and discrimination, assistance in cases of discrimination against SMEs by public authorities, and proposals to the European Commission to initiate legal proceedings in cases of contract violation.
Facilitating market access for our members
We offer our help with all kinds of services for companies that wish to do business abroad but are ill-acquainted with the respective legal, tax and administrative framework conditions. Our strong network and our legal expertise allow us to provide effective support.
Public relations in Brussels
CEA-PME also ensures the permanent maintenance of contacts to European institutions, international organisations and the business community. We strive for a proper representation of the interests of SMEs with European legislation and projects ("Think small first principle"). In order to achieve this goal and because influence is always acquired through knowledge, we provide our members with topical information on all EU-related issues via the publication of our monthly newsletter. We can also offer useful information to businesses, for instance on European norms, harmonisation documents, measures for consumer protection, external tariffs and quota regulations.
Events and seminars
We regularly offer interested members and non-members the opportunity to take part in conferences, symposia, seminars and workshops addressing, for example, international financial, economic, fiscal and legal issues.
